Overview

Local Reviews is a multi-tenant SaaS that helps businesses collect, manage and respond to customer reviews, run messaging campaigns and connect third-party integrations. I worked on modernizing the platform and building out its billing and performance layers.

What I did

  • Migrated the legacy Node.js/MySQL + React stack to Next.js, NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL.
  • Built end-to-end Stripe subscription workflows — plans, coupons, proration and invoices.
  • Added Redis caching for hot endpoints, cutting response times on high-traffic routes.
  • Implemented multi-tenant data isolation and business-integration modules.
